We have a new way to use FoamFusion Miracle Dust which avoids the need to fine strain!
Just mix 1/2 teaspoon of powder into 250ml boiling water, mix in a blender, allow to cool then add 20ml to your cocktail. Shake with ice or mix with a milkshake maker / frothing wand for a deeper foam. (you can also blend into homemade simple syrup while hot)
