You only need 1 scoop per drink to give a long lasting, thick foam that takes on the flavour of whatever it's added to. At just a few pence per drink it will also save your bar time and money, no more out of date eggs, messy cocktail shakers, left over yolks or chickpea's and each 50g bag will make approximately 125 drinks, which are suitable for vegans too! The foam will also hold a stencilled picture, phrase or logo, fantastic for advertising on social media through customers photo's!
