Shipping policy
Standard deliveries will be made within 3-5 working days of an order being placed & are charged at a standard rate of £2.70 & FREE when you spend £100 or more or a coupon code for free standard delivery is used. Place your order by 3.30pm for guaranteed same day dispatch.
Next day deliveries if placed before 2pm will be processed the same day & arrive the next (working day), any orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following day & arrive the working day after, next day delivery is charged at a rate of between £8.50 and £10.50 depending on weight & is never free unless a coupon code for free next day delivery is used.
Saturday deliveries need to be placed before 2pm for them to arrive on time. The price for this service is £14.99 this service is never offered for free.
Samples are delivered free of charge in the UK.
Geographically we make deliveries to England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Sadly we are unable to deliver to The Channel Isles, The Shetland and Scottish Isles or the Republic of Ireland. Due to shipping provider constraints unfortunately Packages to Northern Ireland & some Scotland postcodes will now take 2 working days on our next day / expedited service.
International Shipping We are trialing this service at the moment, please note for the price charged (£11.99) we have a maximum order of £70 if you have a larger order please contact us first for a quote. Charges for you own countries import duties, charges and tax are not included in the price and it is your responsibility to pay for these on arrival should they be requested.
We aim to be as flexible as possible, but please do advise us should you have any special delivery requirements or will not be in when delivery will be made, please wait until the end of the estimated delivery above before contacting as - as usually the parcel will still be in transit to you, if after the aforementioned period you still have not received your goods, please do get in touch with us and we will help you to rectify the issue.
